Family Reunion

Dear Journal,

We had our annual family reunion for my husband's Mom's side of the family on Saturday.  It is always on Labor Day weekend.  We had it at the New Life Center at Shady Grove Christian Church.  We had lots of good food, great desserts, and some great fellowship.  I made a green bean casserole, a huge garden salad, and a huge casserole of macaroni and cheese (from scratch, not no boxed stuff). The kids were able to play foosball.  The grownups played Bocce ball, but most of all, we just had a great time fellowshipping together as a family.  I am so glad we went, as we had not been the last two years.  It was loads of fun.  That's all for now.
