Scalzi's Monday Photo Shoot!~

Dear Journal,

I have already done this entry one time earlier in the week and after I got it all done and my graphics and photos in, then it wouldn't save and I lost my whole entry.  How frustrating is that?  I was attempting to participate in Scalzi's Monday Photo Shoot because I really like the subject he chose for this week.

Your Monday Photo Shoot: Show off a picture taken from a height.

We took this photo of the Coors Brewery in Golden Colorado from Hairpin road going up Lookout Mountain to view Buffalo Bill's Grave.  The name Hairpin road is a good one for that road because it is truly S-C-A-R-Y!!!!!!  I was a basket case the first time we went up that way.  For more info on the Coors Brewery, click on this link:

I love learning about history, so I found the info fascinating.

On a sad note, my great niece was hospitalized with the flu yesterday.  She is only two, so please, please remember her in your prayers/good thoughts.  The flu can be fatal sometimes for the very young and old, in particular.  Here is a pic of my nephew with his daughter.  This was made Thanksgiving 2005 at my MIL's.

It is a beautiful sunny day here in the deep south.  Hard to believe we are expecting severe thunderstorms tomorrow night!  Oh, and one more thing.............................

Have a great weekend!~
