Son In Accident!~

Dear Journal,

My son came home late last night about 10:30 PM and told me he had wrecked his car (the car I sold to him recently).  I couldn't believe it, but thank God my son is okay and the occupants of the car he hit are okay.  We do have insurance, so that is a really good thing!~

He said it felt like a large bug or something had landed on back of his neck.  He swiped at it and when he did, barely swerved, but unfortunately it was enough to hit another car in the other lane.  He side-swiped them he said.

Cars can be replaced.  Lives can't.  I praise God my son and the other occupants of the car he hit are okay!~

It's raining today here in the Heart of Dixie!~

Will write more later.  Time to go to work!~

OMG (((SUSAN))) I'm so glad he was okay and everyone else. That is a big fear every parent has as soon as our children hit the roads driving. Lives can be lost in a second which is what makes it so scary. You're right things can be replaced your son and those other people can't.
Take care, Chrissie

I'm glad that your son is OK after the crash.  It doesn't look like a very bad one and that is a good thing.  Like you said, the cars can be fixed or replaced, your son can't.  Make sure he takes some Tylenol or something, I'm betting he will be sore.  Not so much from the collision, but from tensing up right before the impact.

My son was in an accident this weekend.  He is fine and like your son, his car is totaled.  It was a two truck and his car wreak.  Eric is ok, but the car is gone.  But like you said, cars can be replace.  So glad your son is ok too. xox Barbara
