Yesterday was my birthday and today is my sister's birthday, so HAPPY 45TH, SIS!  Gosh, your getting old!!!!  Tee hee!~

Now I know you all probably think that is mean, but I always sing it to her like that and then break out in gales of laughter.  I USUALLY call her at 1201 AM so I can be the first to say Happy Birthday, but I decided to give her a break since she had worked all day.  See?  I ain't so bad...................well..........ummmmm..........that is probably debatable and it would probably depend on who you ask. LOL.

Okay, so before the birthday dinner last night, after Hubby came in from work, I asked him if he knew how old I was now.

He said, "Ummmm...........no more than 48."

I said, "How can you not know how old your wife is turning?"

He said, "Uh-oh, I have done messed up now, haven't I?"

I said, "Well, let me ask you this.  How old are you?"

He said, "Fifty-two."

ROFLMBFBO!!!!!!

I said, "How can I expect you to know how old I am when you don't even know how old You are?"

The goofy man JUST turned 51 on June 9th.  ::snort::

I said, "Oh, and for the record, I JUST turned 47!!!!!!"  At least I think I did.  Hee......

That is what getting old does to ya.  See what you younger folks have to look forward too?  Yes, I am cackling.  Can you hear me?

Anywho, we had a nice August birthday dinner at CiCi's Pizza.  I got some nice gifts.  I will probably feature them in another entry.

Afterwards, we went to my cousin's store.  She sells dancewear, along with assorted other items (jewelry, purses, etc.) and opened it just for us.  She had given my niece and my daughter gift certificates for her store, so they got to go pick out what they wanted.

We took my daughter's boyfriend home and then we came home and I went back to work.  I finished up at 12:00 midnight.  I wish all work nights could go that smoothly.  Most of the exams were short where many nights there are so many long ones, they take forever to type!!!!!!

Sunday is my churches' homecoming and my son's 24th birthday and where will I be, you ask?  Why slaving away at the hospital all weekend, which really sux.  Yep, it is again my weekend to work.  I had planned a barbecue for my son's birthday.  Guess it will have to wait.  ::sigh::  Sometimes being a medical transcriptionist ain't all it's cracked up to be!!!!! :-(

I am supposed to be off today because I have to work the weekend, but we have somebody on vacation, so they probably won't let me have the whole day off.  I got tons of housework to do since I have to work the weekend, so I had better get to it!~
