Internet Problems and Prayer Requests!~

I have been having internet problems, which is why I haven't posted for a while.  If I missed anybody who emailed or left a link wanting to check out the photo software I talked about in my last entry, please resend your request.  I promise you were not overlooked on purpose!~

I am happy.  I am off today and tomorrow so I get to play around in I LOVE MY MAX and put more of my pics in albums.  I got the majority of them transferred over the weekend finally, now I just have to get them in albums and get my albums edited by getting the titles under my pics and a description of the pic, etc.  If you requested the link, don't forget to click on the picture itself, after you get them transferred and it will bring up the editing software.  Took me forever to figure that out, lol.  Guess I am not the brightest crayon in the box, eh?  ::wink::

**********************************************************

A close friend from high school (Phillip) was recently diagnosed with colon cancer.  I would so appreciate prayers and good thoughts for him.

A neighbor just lost her husband.  They have a young teenage son.  Please remember Lisa and Josh in your prayers and good thoughts as they cope with their loss.  Randy was only 42.

Another high school friend was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Her name is Jan.  Would appreciate prayers/good thoughts for her.

I also have a close friend, Lori, who was diagnosed with melanoma, which is a form of cancer.  Pray for Lori and/or hold good thoughts for her.

My nephew, Tim, is going through a divorce.  His wife decided she doesn't want him anymore.  He and his family are now going through what my family and I went through several years back when my DIL decided she no longer wanted to be married to my son.  Please remember Tim.

I also have online friends who have needs.  God knows who they are. We serve a God who can meet all of these needs.

Heavenly Father,

I ask you to bless each one of my friends today who have a need.  I pray for those needs to be met as only you can do.  In your Holy name I pray.  Amen.

And may I leave you with these words today:

“For we are the sweet fragrance of Christ which exhales unto God…” (Psalm 42:1).

Blessings!~

Susan

I keep those that are suffering in a moment of silence during my day.   My neighbor Paul VonBusch, aged 85, died, and was found by me and my neighbor upon my return from the hospital.     Thankfully the Coronor found his surviving neice and she promptly made it here to S. Illinois last Saturday with a trailor.   Her and 3 othe women cleaned and packed some of Paul's possessions.     Laurie, Paul's neice, gave permission to Paul's only other friend beside me to take his car for scrap and scrap his trailer.    She wanted him to wait at first until she got back to Chicago and did the legal transfer of property.    It made for a stressful situation for me because I was asked to look after things and Dave scraped the car immediately to pay his electric bill, etc.    Then began in on the trailer, which I approved of because of the terrible smell from literally hundreds of dead and living mice that infested Paul's trailor.    It was the worst smell I have ever smelled.    I also didn't pay his property taxes.    However, all things aside, I am happy and Laurie is happy and so is his friend Dave now, so I feel at piece as I do my 2 mile a day walks past Paul's now being removed piece by piece trailer.    mark

I meant to say that Paul did not pay his property and trailor yearly taxes.   Laurie found an envelope with $40 cash in it going to buy bibles for children in africa.     Paul lost money by mail in a pyramid scheme one time he told me about years ago.    He was eccentric all his life.   Laurie is unable to secure his final S.S. check that was in his mail box and taken back to the post office.    Also the payment for his burial expense which is a maximum of $500.    The cost to have him cremated is $2000 she was informed and had one week to arrange things.     She did not know her uncle except for visiting him I don't know when, and how many times.    She had lived in Calif. for many years and moved back to Chicago where her uncle Paul was originally from.   Paul could say things to people like calling them fat or he used to raise his voice and act strange.     Anyway, things are setteled now.    mark
