In Full Bloom!~

Look at my last entry compared to this one.  This flowering pear tree, I think it is, is now in full bloom. Ahhh!  Ya gotta luv Spring!

The yellowish-brown grass has hints of green in it now!  Woo Hoo!~

Looking out my back door to the left, you can see it is a bit overcast today.  We have had a little bit of rain, but not too much.  They are moving three single wides in between us and the double wide you see in the picture.  I don't like that.  I like the openness of it now; however, I am happy that Spring is in the air and Hubby is putting in applications all over the place, out of state, instate, but down near the coast, so we may be moving away anyway.  Won't really matter how many mobile homes they put in then, eh?

Also, I so appreciate all the prayers and good thoughts for my son.  Things went well.  I am so thankful to God!~

Happy Spring!~

That tree is very pretty. They are saying we may get snow tonight and tomorrow then down to 24º tomorrow night. My regular pear tree will be killed. It is is buds ready to pop open with blooms. Florida sounds good right now with this cold spell coming on. Glad that things went well for your son. Helen

I'm so sorry I have missed your last few entries.  I'm glad things went well with your son.  Beautiful blossoms on the pear tree.  Good luck with your new job, I'll be keeping your husband in prayer and thought while he is job hunting.  BTW, in the last picture it appears that there is a big nest in the tree.  Is it a squirrel's nest or do you know?

My pear tree took a beating last year so I hope it comes back.  We are weeks away from having any blooms though.

Are you checking the military bases in San Antonio?!  The civilian contractors have some really good benefits!  Also, you would be in San Antonio where I would have somebody to hang out with.  :-P

That's the main reason we bought 20 acres...we don't want any one next to us at all!  Were selfish that way. lol  Anyway that tree looks so welcoming!  Look at it there in all it's glory saying "LOOK AT ME!"  compared to all the other trees, she's a beauty!  Love spring!   I can't wait till ours gets here!  Another month maybe!  I hope~!
