More interior pics~New Furniture

Just wanna say I have 318 emails, so if you are waiting on a reply on an email, it might be a while!~  ;-)

In other news today, God blessed us with a clear blue sky although it was a bit nippy, but I am not complaining! We only ended up getting a dusting of the snow.  I do wish it had been the three inches predicted, but it was nice watching it come down since it had been about three years now since I have seen any.

I also have more interior pics of my modular home:

I am standing by the dining room table looking into the living room.  See that Christmas present tucked behind the rocker?  It goes to my Mom.  I forgot to take it to her when we went for the shindig at my cousin's house on Christmas day.  I still haven't seen her to give it to her.  Bad Susan!~

Now I am standing by the sofa looking into the right side of the dining room/kitchen area.  I was trying to show Hubby's Christmas present from our son, that nice comfy recliner/rocker.  It rocks for me and reclines for Hubby.  We love it!  There are pictures tucked behind the recliner I still have not hung yet.  Will get to them one day I suppose......

Again, I am standing in front of the dining room table looking directly into the living room.  The new sofa has recliners on each end so Hubby, daughter, and I all have recliners.  Now ain't that nice?  The coffee table actually has baskets that fit underneath for storage, but I decided I like it open better and have the baskets stored in the corner filled with videos.  I will probably change it out from time to time.  I like having that option.

I love my dining room table.  The leaves fold down when not in use so it doesn't take up much room.  It has a drawer and a shelf underneath.  I keep my placemats/napkins in it.

In this picture, I opened up the leaves on the table so you can see how it opens up.  I love the finish on it with it being part stained and part painted.  Fonzie had to get in the pic.  He was chasing something.  Silly kitty!~

My new dresser.  I loved the antiquish look to the dresser.  Hubby wanted a different one, but he gave in and let me get what I wanted.  The drawers are velvet lined.  I love it.  That is all you get to see of my bedroom for now because I don't have everything put where it goes as evidenced by the TV sitting on the blue tub and my exercise mat beside the dresser.  Hubby is going to build shelves in our walkin closet for some of the excess sitting around on the floor.  He has already built shelves for the TV, but he has to drill holes to run the cable wire and hasn't gotten around to that yet.  I tilted the mirror upwards so it wouldn't show the glare of the flash on the camera so you get the lovely view of the ceiling.  Hee........

Stay tuned, more to come as I get more done..........

Hope everyone has a great week! I so appreciate all your wonderful comments and how so many of you open up to me and share the personal aspects of your lives.  Even though we have never met in person, it makes me feel like I really know you.  One can never have too many friends.  Please know each one of you are treasured.

Blessings!~
